What is my case worth?

There are different types of damages that impact the value of your case. Damages may include compensation for pain and suffering, past medical bills, future medical costs, and/or lost wages.

Do I pay a fee?

My initial consultation is free and if I accepts your case, I will advance all the costs to bring the the lawsuit. There is no cost to you unless I win the case for you. The costs are deducted from the money that I recover for you.  Therefore, if I do not recover money in your case then you do not have to pay back the costs I paid.

Do I have to sue today?

Each type of case has different time limitations to file a lawsuit. This limitation is known as the statute of limitations. Call me to discuss the specifics of your case and determine how much time you have to file suit.

Can you request my medical records?

With your written authorization, I  will order and obtain the medical records necessary to evaluate your claim.

A family member died. What should I do?

In some cases, an autopsy may be required in order to obtain sufficient information to prove a medical malpractice case. It is therefore important that the family request one. If you are told that you cannot have one or that you have to pay for it, please contact our office immediately.
